What Waleni is
Waleni helps business owners plan, create, review, run and learn from advertising. Examples on our public pages use synthetic data. They are not actual customer results or a promise of future performance.
Workspaces
You choose the workspace type when you create it, and it cannot be changed later. A sandbox workspace is free practice with sample data: it does not connect real accounts or spend advertising money. A live workspace connects your real business and needs a paid subscription, or complimentary access from Waleni, to use its features.
Subscriptions and prices
Plans are billed monthly in US dollars: Starter $149 per month and Growth $349 per month. There is no free trial. Prices exclude any applicable taxes. You subscribe in your live workspace, from Billing or your onboarding conversation, and Stripe processes the payment. The first payment is taken when you subscribe, and the subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel. Paid access starts once the payment is confirmed and covers each period you have paid for.
AI replies
In a live workspace with a paid subscription or complimentary access, Waleni can answer the workspace owner’s messages in the onboarding conversation with AI replies, included in the plan: 300 replies a month on Starter and with complimentary access, and 1,000 a month on Growth. A live workspace without a subscription or complimentary access gets 20 free AI replies to get set up: a one-off allowance that doesn’t renew, after which the guided questions continue until you subscribe. Waleni can also answer questions from the workspace owner and editors in the dashboard chat. Those answers use the same monthly AI replies and limits. Months follow Coordinated Universal Time (UTC): the allowance renews on the 1st of each month, not on your billing date, and unused replies don’t carry over. A message uses one AI reply once Waleni starts sending it to OpenAI, even if no reply comes back because the request fails or is interrupted. A message Waleni hasn’t started sending uses none: for example one saved while AI replies are paused or unavailable (unless you later ask for an AI reply to it), or one refused because the daily limit was reached or it is too long. If a message, together with the conversation and workspace details sent with it, is too long for an AI reply, it gets none and the guided questions continue. Sandbox workspaces don’t get AI replies.
AI replies are written by an AI model, currently provided by OpenAI. They can be wrong or incomplete, and they are not legal, financial or tax advice: check anything important before you rely on it. A reply never launches a campaign, spends money or saves a detail by itself; any suggestion it makes needs your confirmation.
You can pause AI replies in the conversation and turn them back on. AI replies may also pause for everyone when a daily limit for the whole service is reached, until 00:00 UTC, and Waleni may switch them off for a workspace or for everyone, for example to stop misuse. The guided questions and your saved messages are not affected.
Cancellation and plan changes
The workspace owner can cancel at any time with Manage subscription in Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until then, you are not charged again, and the period is not refunded in part. Manage subscription also lets you update your payment method and see your invoices. Changing plans is not available yet: to switch, cancel and subscribe to the other plan once the current period ends, or contact support.
Renewals and failed payments
Stripe charges each renewal shortly after the paid period ends; while that payment is being collected, access continues for up to a day. If a renewal payment cannot be collected, Billing asks you to update your payment method, Stripe may retry the payment, and access to the live workspace stops. If the overdue payment then succeeds, access returns for the rest of the period it pays for. If it still cannot be collected after Stripe’s retries, the subscription may end, and you can subscribe again from Billing.
When access ends
When paid or complimentary access ends, campaigns already running in your advertising accounts keep running until you pause them: you can still see your campaigns, pause them and disconnect accounts from the workspace, and you can still use Billing.
Refunds
Payments are not refunded automatically. If you think you were charged in error, or want to ask for a refund, write to support@waleni.com; we review each request individually. Any refund of a subscription payment, including a partial refund, ends paid access for the period it covered unless we restore it. A refund does not cancel your subscription; cancel with Manage subscription to stop future charges. Refunds of AI credit packs are described under AI credits.
Payment disputes
If your bank or card issuer opens a chargeback on a subscription payment, paid access for the period it covered is suspended while the chargeback is open. It ends if the chargeback is decided in your favour, and returns for any of that period that is left if it is decided in Waleni’s favour. An inquiry that does not take the payment back does not affect access.
Complimentary access
Waleni may give a live workspace complimentary access for a limited time, for example during a beta. It ends at the time shown in Billing, unless Waleni ends it earlier. Subscribing before then starts your subscription, and its first charge, straight away.
AI credits
AI credits pay for AI image and video generation in a live workspace. They are sold in packs: 100 credits for $10, 500 credits for $50 and 1,000 credits for $100, in US dollars, excluding any applicable taxes. The workspace owner buys them in Billing, and Stripe processes the payment. Packs can be bought, and new generations requested, only while the workspace has paid or complimentary access. If access ends, your credits stay in the workspace until access returns, and they still expire on schedule; a generation you confirmed before then can still be delivered and charged. Credits stay with the workspace they were bought for or granted to. They are separate from your subscription and from advertising spend, have no cash value, and can’t be transferred or exchanged for money except by a refund as described below. AI replies in the onboarding conversation are included in your plan and don’t use credits.
Prices and use. Each kind of generation has a fixed price in credits, listed on the pricing page: currently 5 credits for a GPT Image image, 4 for a Nano Banana Pro image, and 13, 26 or 38 for a 5, 10 or 15-second Kling video. The price is shown before you confirm a generation, and the generation keeps the price you confirmed; Waleni may change prices for later generations. When you confirm, the price is held from your balance. The credits are used only when the result is delivered to your media library. If the generation fails or ends without a result, they are returned. If Waleni can’t yet tell whether the provider produced a result, they stay on hold until that is resolved.
Limits. Each workspace can request up to 200 generations a month. Months follow Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), and failed or uncertain requests count too. AI generation may also pause for everyone when a daily limit for the whole service is reached, until 00:00 UTC, and Waleni may pause it for everyone, for example to stop misuse. A generation refused because of a limit or a pause uses no credits, and your credits stay in your workspace. AI-generated images and videos can be inaccurate: review them before you use them.
Expiry. Purchased credits expire 12 months after the purchase is confirmed. Credits Waleni grants, for example during a beta or for support, expire on the date Waleni sets when granting them. Credits are used soonest-expiring first, and expired credits can’t be used or refunded. If credits are held for a day or more and then returned, their expiry moves later by the time they were held.
Refunds. Within 180 days of a purchase, you can ask for a refund of that pack’s unspent credits by writing to support@waleni.com. We refund the share of what you paid for that pack that matches its unspent credits; spent and expired credits are not refunded. A refund removes the matching number of credits from your balance.
Payment disputes. If your bank or card issuer opens a chargeback on a credit purchase, the disputed share of its credits is removed while the chargeback is open. The credits come back if it is decided in Waleni’s favour, and stay removed if it is decided in yours. An inquiry that does not take the payment back has no effect. If a refund or chargeback removes credits that were already used, your balance can go below zero: new generations are unavailable until a later purchase covers the difference. Generations already delivered are not affected.
Advertising spend
Advertising spend is paid to Meta or Google through your own advertising accounts; Waleni does not charge it, and it is separate from your subscription and from AI credits.
Authorization and responsibility
Account access, factual product claims, creative review and spending decisions stay with the authorized users of your business. Advertising platforms apply their own eligibility and content rules. Only connect accounts, and supply products, images and other assets, that you are authorized to use.
Approvals and execution
Plans and suggestions are not launch authorizations. An approval identifies the account, action, creative, destination, budget and duration. A requested action may be pending, fail, or need confirmation from the advertising platform. Platform delays and incomplete attribution can affect reporting and the timing of pauses.
Acceptable use
Do not misrepresent product facts, use connections without authorization, or submit credentials or sensitive customer information outside the places Waleni asks for them.
